Well, it’s time for part three. The stories never end, but unfortunately my tea does. Thankfully, though, it’s full and I’ve got almost all the time in the world to keep this list going. So, on that note, here is part three of blogs I love to read.
The Hungry Partier is super fun to follow on Snapchat, @drewbinsky, and went to school in Wisconsin! How exciting! He’s from Arizona, though and loves to party. He does handstands everywhere and goes to as many foreign McDonalds as he can. He’s been to 27 now.
Borders of Adventure has been to some pretty cool places, cough cough, Mongolia. But she’s also been to Iran, North korea, and Madagascar. I want to go to all of those! She looks at a different side of places and travels with a social conscience. Her work is really enjoyable to read, again, with awesome pictures.
Bon Voyage, Mon Cheri is where I head to if I want to read about books or if I’m feeling serious. She has a dreamy and classic way of writing. She currently lives in London, but guess what! She’s from Wisconsin, too! There’s all kinds of us out there!
Getting Stamped is a couple currently road tripping around the Southwest USA and, drumroll please, is ALSO from Wisconsin! They have a pretty cool site and awesome pictures! One runs social media while the other does most of the photography and writing. I really enjoy them.
A Dangerous Business I’m actually a little surprised I didn’t put her in the first one. This is one I read all the time. I love her posts about Vietnam. I think that’s a lot of why I wanted to go there, well, still want to. She’s been to Tahiti. That’s all I have to say about that.
Curiosity Travels used to teach English in South Korea and shares the not so fun side of that, but is now a tour guide in the US. She shares about both experiences as well as general travel she’s done between the two jobs. Most of her travel is in Asia, but a trip to Jordan was exciting to read about, too.
Just One Way Ticket isn’t one I read regularly, but if I’m going somewhere, I’ll check in to see if she’s been there. She has really good posts about what to do in places and has good guide and how to sort of posts. The pictures aren’t half bad either!
Travel Lush is a fellow introvert, currently living in Cambodia. She has traveled quite a bit around Southeast Asia and has enjoyable posts. I really liked the ones she has for the Philippines. I was confident in my decision to go there after I read those!
That’s it for part three. There may be a part four in the future, but this is it for now. These all took way too long to write. I had a lot of catching up to do and couldn’t stop myself from reading as I went though to add them to my list. I’ll just call it multitasking.
Do you follow any of these? What do you think of them? Which is your favorite?
