My Outdoor Wisconsin Bucket List

This winter instead of making a yearly state to-do list, I decided to just make a bigger state bucket list.

Then I decided to turn this into a little series.  I wanted to do specific states that I spend a lot of time in, want to spend a lot of time in, or am close to a lot.

I also wanted to do more general regional bucket lists for all the other things I want to do, which is a lot.

They are all pretty outdoor focused with a few non-outdoorsy things, too. Some of it leans more toward Eau Claire since that’s where I’m from but it covers most of the state.

Next up in my series is my outdoor Wisconsin Bucket list.  As I do things and write posts for them, I’ll update this to link back to those.

If I do something and don’t have a post, I’ll just cross it out.  These bucket lists are partially to help me keep track of things, but also to inspire you to get out there, too.

  1. Nice list. Good for you including Lambeau…I guess I’d add Miller ballpark and especially the train museum in. Green Bay (there are train museums all over, but not many have the Big Boy). WI is one of the states where I need a brewery (and an NPS site), so I’ll keep your list handy when I go back…

    1. Even though I don’t like sports much, I know I have to go haha. New Glarus, Sprecher, or Point should all be good breweries to visit! And of course, Leinies in my neck of the woods!

    1. Oh man, yes! Bug spray is a must! Maybe I should add a small packing list haha

    1. Unfortunately nothing yet, but I’ll be here for a few weeks now and will hopefully be able to do some! I’m looking forward to the Moraine Kettles for sure!

      1. Hopefully you will get to see some of them. The Kettle Moraine is very pretty. I find Devils Lake, Amnicon Falls, Cave Point Park and Willow River much prettier at this time of year. Good luck with your travels!

      2. Thank you! I’m hoping to get to Devil’s Lake this year, but I’m not sure when yet
