Our time was winding down in Florida and we hadn’t made it to a beach yet.  Being in North Central Florida, Gainesville, that’s not actually all that surprising.  We decided to make it happen and go to Big Talbot State Park in Jacksonville.

The weather wasn’t ideal, but I’m still glad we went.  We just walked down the beach a ways until we couldn’t anymore and we happened to be a little too cold at that point, too.  We saw all kinds of cute little crabs on our way back, but not a whole lot else.

I wish I had helpful things for you from this, but I just have pictures.  I hope to go back in nicer weather sometime and maybe visit Little Talbot then too.  If anything, I hope these pictures, gloomy weather and all, make you want to visit Big Talbot.
