Next up in my “On Film” series where I play around with my old film cameras is downtown Eau Claire on a Mamiya twin lens camera!

This is a rectangular boxy little guy with two lenses on the front and a top that pops open so you’re actually looking down into it as the viewfinder!

Everything you see through there is opposite of what you actually see so it’s a little hard to figure out how you need to turn to capture what you want but it’s so fun to play around with. Heavy though!

This also has a setting for easy double exposures so I tried two of those on this roll of film, too. There aren’t too many picture for this post but it was mostly to test it out before taking it on our trip to West Texas and New Mexico!

The two pictures with the Dotters sign are the double exposures. One of them I took the outside picture first then inside, and the other I did it the opposite but.. I don’t know which is which.

I don’t love the pink hue they have (I didn’t edit these at all) but I think it’s just the way this film is, which is fine. I think color tint aside I really like how they turned out and I’ll definitely try it some more!
