I spent almost a whole month in Nicaragua on my 2015 Central America Trip and that would have been in February.
I started in Leon then went down to San Juan del Sur which ended up being my base, basically. From there I went to Ometepe then SJDS then Managua then the Corn Islands then SJDS again before Costa Rica.
